Highly recommended. All the time I got instant reply from solicitor. They have team so if one is on vacation there will be someone else who will be there to help you. I heard from another people that their solicitor used to reply after 2-3 days but in Coyne it was not a case. Tracey usually reply in 1hr and if she is on Annual leave then also you can contact coyne and someone else will address your concern.
